Living is on the first floor so the balcony gets the view. Sleeping is split above and below it, which is useful when a group spans three generations. Pick a floor to see what is on it.

    Travelling as a bigger group? Number 2 The Strand is next door with a mirrored layout. Booked together the two houses take a large party without anyone losing their own kitchen.

    The practical bits

    • Sleeps nine across four bedrooms, with three bathrooms including two en-suites.
    • Two of the double rooms are zip and link, so they can be made up as twins on request.
    • Parking for two vehicles inside a gated development, plus an EV charging point.
    • No pets, and no hot tub.
    • Rooftop solar panels, and a hot and cold outdoor shower for rinsing off wetsuits.
    • Newquay Cornwall Airport is about fifteen minutes by car; Newquay station about ten.
